Founded by Ketaki Bhalerao, a hospitality professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing, Aarav Foods carries forward age-old recipes with honesty, premium ingredients, and an uncompromising commitment to quality. Before founding Aarav Foods, Ketaki built and operated multiple restaurants in Mumbai. It was there she discovered the most enduring truth about food: people don't just eat with their taste buds—they eat with their memories. That belief became the foundation of everything Aarav Foods stands for today.

While some recipes are preserved in their authentic form, others are thoughtfully modernised to suit today's lifestyles and evolving tastes—without ever compromising on their essence.
